With experience in all aspects of construction, Rob has found the ever-changing electrical trade the most fascinating. He likes to learn new skills whether on the job or electrical code courses through continuing education. He loves being part of the DES team for the unparalleled pride and professionalism they exude and the satisfaction he gets when customers applaud their efforts.

Rob’s other interest is team roping where he enjoys time with family, friends and horses.

John has been with Durango Electrical since 1997. When he’s not managing commercial projects, John enjoys being outdoors and spending time on his ranch.

Christy comes to Durango Electrical Services with over 15 years of experience in the accounting/human resources field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her son for baseball games throughout the Four Corners.

Bruce has been working with Durango Electrical Services since 2006. Outside of the workplace Bruce enjoys the outdoors, golfing and riding Harley’s.

Master electrician Eric Romero recently came on board bringing 15 years of electrical experience. When Eric is not managing projects he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his new house.

Kevin joined Durango Electrical Services in 2021 and comes to us with 20 years of experience. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, especially on the water.

Matt has been with Durango Electrical Services since 2017 as a commercial journeyman electrician and recently took over as Service Manager. When Matt is not at Durango Electrical Services, he enjoys spending time with his four children and his wife, Abby.

Bobby started at Durango Electric in 2024 and comes to us with 29 years of experience in low volt special systems. Bobby is well-traveled, as his career has taken him to 47 of the 50 states. In his spare time he enjoys building muscle cars, archery, fishing, and visiting historic sites.

With over 20 years of combined experience in the construction industry, Evan brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Specializing in fire alarm systems, he has been with Durango Electrical for 3 years. When Evan is not working, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors hiking and mountain biking.

Eric Read started with Durango Electrical Services in 2020 with 37 years of experience in the alarm and monitoring industry. In Eric’s spare time he enjoys his collection of guns, and looks forward to spending more time with his new grandson.

Glenn started with Durango Electrical Services in 2013 working in the field and advanced to warehouse manager in 2021. Glenn enjoys spending time outdoors mountain biking, skiing and camping with his wife.

Raena joined DES in early 2021 and comes to us with over 20 years of customer service experience. Raena enjoys spending time with her family and doing crafts.

James started at the Nice shop way back in 1998 and soon became a manager who enjoys the friendly interaction he has with customers. He values being with family in his spare time.

Dave has been the Office Manager since 2012.
